A mole is formed when certain skin cells, known as melanocytes, cluster together but don't spread throughout the rest of your skin. Melanocytes is what gives your skin its natural pigment. There are several reasons why moles begin to develop. Hormonal changes during teenage years or pregnancy, genetics and prolonged exposure to sunlight all plays roles in mole development. If you have been to your doctor and they tell you that your mole is not cancerous, there are two tricks you can use right at home that will help get rid of that mole in no time.

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar, or ACV for short, is natural acidic so, essentially, it will help remove your mole by slowing burning it. Applying ACV will dry out your mole, causing it to scab over and eventually fall right off. ACV is also a natural anti-bacterial, so it will guard your skin against any infections that may arise.

To use this handy trick, just soak a cotton ball in ACV and apply it directly to your mole. Hold the cotton ball in place using a piece of gauze and tape. Using medical tape would be prime, that way it doesn't hurt your skin when you try to remove it. Leave the ACV soaked cotton ball in place for an hour and repeat it every day until your mole starts to scab over and eventually fall off.

It sounds too simple, but garlic can actually help remove unwanted moles. Garlic is full of enzymes that break down the clusters of cells that make moles. Using garlic will loosen the bond that they cell clusters have, making it much easier to remove the mole.

For this mole removing trick, you will need:

  • Petroleum jelly

  • Medical tape

  • Five cloves of garlic

Step 1: Rub a thick layer of petroleum jelly on the area surrounding your mole. Garlic is very strong, so you need to protect your skin while it works its magic.

Step 2: Crush the garlic cloves until it forms a paste.

Step 3: Apply the garlic liberally to your mole and cover it with a bandage and medical tape.

Step 4: Let the garlic sit for about four hours before removing.

Repeat this process every day for four hours until the mole falls off.

Moles can develop at any time in your life and for various different reasons. If you have already consulted with your doctor and know that it is not cancerous, you can remove the mole using one of these natural and safe tricks listed above and it will come off in no time.
